We've teamed up with The Sorcerer's Apprentice to give YOU a chance of winning a £500 experience day voucher, helping to turn your wildest dreams into a reality. All you need to do is tell us in 200 words or less: What job do you think is so great it's magic? The most inventive and fun entry, judged by one of the stars of the film, will have their dreams come true. Closing date is Friday 6 August.
Disney's new magical family adventure is about sorcerer Balthazar Blake (Nicolas Cage) and his hapless apprentice Dave Stutler (Jay Baruchel) who are swept into the centre of an ancient conflict between good and evil.As the unlikely duo prepare to do battle against the forces of darkness, Dave discovers that it's going to take all the courage to survive his training and save the city of Manhattan.

The fourth, and at this point, I would hope the final chapter in the Shrek saga gives us Shrek Forever After. Shrek is the CGI Ogre from Dreamworks who originally made fun of the Disney franchises and gave us a crude, tough (if only cartoonishly), lovable lout of a main character. The first Shrek movie was an outside-the-box experience; and after that, the next two worked reasonably well. By the time we get to the fourth movie, there are precious little surprises left.
As many of you already know, Disney has always had a history of delivering spectacular animated adventures, full of fun characters, thrilling action and magical song-and-dance numbers. We really saw these films come full circle in the late 1980s and ‘90s with films like “The Little Mermaid” and “The Lion King.”
Well we woke up on this rainy Sunday morning and our first thought was, where oh where have our favorite TV cartoons gone over the years.
In a statement, Vue's CEO, Tim Richards, said the firm had entered a "far-reaching agreement" with Disney. "We are delighted that we have reached an agreement with our partners at Disney," he said.
New Chief Rich Ross stopped production of the film and has shelved the project indefinitely. $10 million were already spent in hiring crews that was supposed to start building sets in Rosarito Beach. It was reported that a generous amount was already spent to hire Pulitzer Prize winner Michael Chabon to write the Nemo story. Charlie’s Angels and Terminator Salvation director McG was supposed to direct while Will Smith was supposed to be Captain Nemo (he turned it down previously).
Didn't Charles Dickens use to be the author of "A Christmas Carol?" Well, now it's "Disney's A Christmas Carol" that opens later this week. Even that's a misnomer.
It's been a busy few days for news from the TOY STORY 3 camp and today has proved to be no exception. As well as another character poster, theres some news of more voice casting. That being that Kristen Schaal (The Flight of the Conchords) will voice a new character although nothing is know about the character and that Blake Clarke will take the place of Jim Varney as the voice of 'Slinky' after Varney's passing in 2000.
